RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We offer a replacement within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on ARTSOMECRAFT subject to the following conditions (30 days replacement guarantee):
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 15 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances :
1. Defective/incorrect product replacement
- You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 15 days of receipt of the product. You can either email us or call us on +918826595671
- To return the product(s) you have to courier the product(s) to us within 15 days .On receipt of the product (s) by us we will analyze the defect(s) or wrong shipping as quoted by you . When we verify your complain we will send new piece or pieces of the same product to you.
- The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:
- Must have the invoice.
- have all its original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
- be in an unused/sellable condition.
- As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you.You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
- v. In the event that the product received back by us does not meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply, then the product can neither be replaced, nor can a refund be provided:
- product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse.
- product has a manufacturing defect, but has been used.
- product has been tampered with.
- In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a store credit .
- In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you store credit.
- You can seek a replacement for the entire purchase or part (s) of the purchase. Needless to say, we can offer to replace only product(s) purchased on ARTSOMECRAFT.
- Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 15 days of receipt of the product(s).
2. Return/cancellation of a product you no longer want
You can cancel an order in one of two ways.

- If you cancel an order by calling us, before the product(s) has been shipped to you, we will refund you the entire amount.
- If you cancel an order which has already been shipped to you, you can send back the parcel containing the products unopened and we will offer you a store credit after receipt of the product.
3. You need to inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 15 days from the receipt of the Product to you.
